THE USEFUL DETAILS

Your music.
A clear purchase.

Swing Mafia Music’s shop is operated by JC Labs Pty Ltd. For purchase, download, privacy or licensing enquiries, email chris@jclabsptyltd.com or use our contact form.

What you are buying

Each listed pack contains ten full-length tracks for A$3.50 Australian dollars in your chosen format. This is a one-time purchase of the listed edition. Future releases are separate and do not change its track list. Choose either 320 kbps stereo MP3 or the original 48 kHz, 16-bit stereo WAV files; both formats cost the same. No physical item or shipping is included.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is handled on our secure WooCommerce shop, with payments processed by Stripe. The checkout shows the final total before payment. JC Labs is not registered for Australian GST and this shop does not add GST.

After payment is confirmed, your order confirmation provides a protected download link for the selected ZIP, and the order email provides your order and download information. Pending or failed payments do not unlock files. Keep your order email and download links private. WAV ZIPs are larger; a reliable connection and sufficient storage are recommended.

Personal listening and commercial use

Your purchase is for personal listening. It does not transfer copyright or grant resale, redistribution, synchronisation or commercial-use rights. For music in a commercial setting, video, advertisement, game or other commercial project, contact us to discuss permission and licensing before use.

Download problems and refunds

If a download is inaccessible, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or card details. We will help resolve delivery problems and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For other purchase or refund requests, contact us so we can review the circumstances.
